1. Are you the candle factory or the trade company?
We are a candle factory. You can come to my factory to have a visit if it is convienient.
2. What is your MOQ for the candles?
Our Minimum Order Quantity is one 20 feet container.
3. What's the delivery time?
Within 15-30 days after the receipt of the deposit and the confirmation of the package designs.
4. What is the payment term?
Payment terms: By T/T or by 100% irrevocable sight L/C.
Under T/T payment, 30% deposit should be paid in advance before production and the 70% balance should be paid at sight of the B/L copy.
5. Can we provide customer candle sample?
Yes, we can provide free sample to let you test qualtiy.
